The roomplace does not stand by their product. I have given the run around about my broken bed.
I was told to contact the manufacturer and was given a number to a retail store. I was also told to email corporate and was given an email address that does not work.
The five year warranty I purchased, does not protect or cover my bed when I need it to. I'm completely disgusted with the treatment I have received.
Reason of review: Warranty issue.

What is the email address they gave you? My couch is peeling and I've only owned the furniture for 2 years.
I went in to the actual store and they gave me a sheet of paper with a list and an email "AskUs@***.com". I was told to follow all of the directions on the sheet of paper and they would get back to me in a week. I did everything in accordance. I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard anything back since.
I doubt I will hear anything today, tomorrow, and next week either. This is so frustrating!
